Legal Question in Elder Law in North Carolina
I have an Uncle livin with my grandmother and she has gotten a lil loopy, she letting a stranger live there she meet and he has stolen her keys and drinks smokes weed drives her car wand will not return the keys for days, my uncle liveng there is extremely mentally ill I want to know how I can get the stranger outa the house since my grandmother is to weak to kick him out even thos she doesn't want him there , I have called the law many times but she gets scared and tells them everything is fine what can I do? and make him stay gone

There is not much you can do without your grandmother's cooperation. She can "evict" him or call the police but if she will get scared everytime, it is useless. Maybe you need to take her to see an elder law attorney for assistance.
