Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina
I'm almost 16 and due in January. I left my home almost a year ago I want to know how to stay with my baby's dad without problems. We've been through many things. We've tried talking to my parents but my dad is the hard one they know I'm pregnant my dad burned my papers like ssn, birth certificate and passport ive tried getting them out myself but couldn't. the question is, is there any way to sign something or come into an agreement with them to let me live and raise my baby with my boyfriend. He is 25 I'm almost 16. I know age is another problem im not sure what to do to let him see his baby whenever it's born and get well along with my parents get into an agreement with them. How do I work through all these problems??

If your dad was 'hard' your "boyfriend" would be in jail or dead. If you are allowed to keep the baby, you are just going to have to grow up and solve your problems yourself. I know that sucks and likely isn't the answer you were hoping for - welcome to the real world.
