Call an attorney before you screw yourself and your case any more than you already have. This ain't the '70's kicking him out and keeping his phone are big no no's these days. Keep your fingers crossed that he doesn't find out he can use that against you. If he hires an attorney and decides to be spiteful, you will likely be on the receiving end of some unpleasantness.
