Alimony
Wife seeks divorce from marriage of 23 years and seeks custody of our 14 year old son. She also wants to buy my share of ownership of the house we have live in since 1981. She earns 14.5 thousand dollars more annually than I do. My question is this; am I entitled to alimony?

Since you make less money than your spouse, you may be eligible to receive alimony. A factor in alimony is "fault". When you speak with an attorney, he or she will discuss with you what constitutes fault, and will ask questions to determine if your spouse is at fault in your marriage.
