Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina

I was awarded custody of my youngest son in Oct. 2009 along with my boyfriend. I had been fighting for custody since Jan. 2005 against my ex husband and then his mother became an intervener. My ex basically dropped out at that point. My ex husbands neice testified for him on Jan. 19, 2005 in the custody matter. In March 25, 2011 she filed ex parte emergency custody against me. She swore in her affadivit that she had never testified or was a witness. She got a new judge, new case number and lied all the way through the hearing on April 14, 2011. She made the very same allegations that my ex and his mother made against me and my boyfriend. The previous judge had already ruled on and found facts based on the evidence presented. The new judge was very disrespectful to me and my witnesses. He repeatedly interrupted me and basically didn't listen to anything but what the plaintiff had to say. This is a small town where every one is related or knows each other. I live a hundred miles away and no one wants to listen to me. This is just the tip of the story. What do I do? There is misconduct from the judge, magistrate, clerk of court, to the jail. Everyone has a personal relationship with the plaintiff.

That is what we lawyers call "home cooking" and you need a local lawyer from that town to help you.
