Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina
Bah
My husband will not give us the BAH what can I do about it? His 1SG is on his side and for what I thought the BAH is for the dependents. I need to know if that is true and who should go about get it into my account....

Specific entitlement questions regrding basic allowance for housing(BAH)are supposedly to be addressed to either your local finance office or command(MACOM, if U.S. Army). Someone in one of these organizations should also be able to provide you with contact information for the Service BAH for your particular area.
