the biological father asked me his rights were ?he is not on the birth certificate ,if he has any rights what are they?how do iget money from him?he has been charged with crimes againest will he ever be able to see her?

I need to talk to the biological father, not you, regarding his rights. Generally, he has the same rights that you do, even if he has been charged with a crime. It did not involve children did it? In that case, DSS might have issues with allowing a child molester or something like that to be around his child and any visitation might have to be supervised.

You can petition the court for child support if the father will not volunarily support his child.
