birth crtificate changes
the father named on my daughter's birth certifacte is not her father. i have had a dna test done to prove that. I need to know how to get this infomation changed. she was born in north carolina, but we live in fla, do i need togo through nc or fla to do this?

You can do this in FL if none of the parties objects. You'll have to have someone consent to be legally responsible for the child as the father before a judge will let the current father off the hook for support.
