Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina
my boyfriend is in the middle of a separation. His wife has included in their separation agreement restrictions when it comes to me. I am not allowed to bathe their children, which i dont have a problem with, but she also put i am not allowed to be home alone with them or be alone with them in a car. The way she worded it in the agreement it made it a forever thing. Are these restrictions forever and what happens if i do marry my boyfriend will those things change? what can my boyfriend do now before he signs the agreement?

Unless your boyfirend's wife has legitimate reasons for the restrictions, she is basically being petty and ridiculous. Your boyfriend should simply refuse to sign the agreement unless she removes the restrictions.
