Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina

My boyfriend has a warrant for child support can I go pay the bail money to the magistrate without him going up and then just have him go to the court date.

You can't post the bond, until a bond is set. Unless one was previously set, he has to turn himself in for a bond hearing.
