is there a charge for this i need to end my marriage of two months

Of course there is a charge for this! You can only get your marriage annulled on very limited grounds, generally if you or your spouse is already legally married to someone else; you are too closely related to your spouse; either of you is impotent; either of you lacked the mental capacity; or fraud.
Otherwise you have to wait one year in NC. You can file for divorce on your own. When your one year separation is up, go to your county court and see if they have a pro se divorce packet (pro se is Latin for doing it yourself). If they do not have one, borrow one from Durham or Cumberland County (both are online and can be accessed). Wake County also has one but they are not yet online as of the last time I checked. You will have to pay the filing fee and any fees for service of the divorce complaint. The exception is if you are indigent. And even then, you have to ask permission from the court to file in forma pauperis (as a poor person).
