Hi, I need help in checking the validity of a divorce certificate.

No you don't - the certificate is for governmental purposes at the NC Department of Vital Statistics and is generally useless otherwise. Likely you mean the validity of the divorce judgment. If so, simply bee bop down to the county civil district court clerks office it is purported to be from (that information is in the heading at the top of page 1) and they can tell you if it is valid or not. You can also try calling, maybe they will give you the information over the phone but if they do, they will likely only verify whether or not there was a divorce granted for the file number you have and not that any paperwork you may have is valid without seeing it. .
