Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina

Child Care

Ex wife has up my almost 13 year olds in daycare. They hate it. She has primary physical I have secondary physical. We have joint legal. This issue is not addressed in current child custody/visitation order. What paperwork or motions do I file to get heard in front of a judge regarding this matter.

Re: Child Care

Your remedies depend upon (a) whether you have an active case pending now and (b) whether you want to change custody or not. In order to challenge your ex-wife's decision, you will need to get this issue before the Court, and your best line of attack will depend on the two factors listed above.

These are complex issues, and it is important that they be handled correctly. Therefore, it is important that you consult an experienced family law attorney to find out what options are available to you based on the facts of your particular case.
