Child Custody

Can a child at age 12yrs make their own choice where they want to live if their father was awarded full custody seven years ago and they want to live with their mother at this time?

A judge will listen to a 12 year old's input but that may not be the determining factor. You need to file a motion for change in custody and present his testimony as part of your evidence.
