Child Custody
Can my ex get visistation rights to see his 4 year old daughter that he has never seen. I dont want child support or contact with him @ all. Does he have a case!

Fathers can certainly get visitation with their children, unless there is a good, justifiable reason that they shouldn't. Obviously, the reason for his failure to visit for the four years will be considered and taken into account.
