Keep A child from seeing a parent

The agreement says my ex wife gets the children for every holiday. If I refuse to send them what is this called & what can result from this?

Re: Keep A child from seeing a parent

If this is based upon an agreement from a divorce that became a judgement you are in contempt of court. This can result in your ex-wife going to family or supreme court and filing a petition to find you in contempt. The consequences of this can be a fine, jail, and even a change in custody of the children or several other sanctions from the court.
