Child support and medical coverage
Does a divorced father that agreed in court to cover his children with medical coverage through 4 years of college be bound if there is a rule in his work place that claims unless they are on his tax return he cannot cover them past age 19.

If the Court order says that he must be responsible for the medical coverage, then he is bound regardless of his work arrangement UNLESS in the court order it is tied into his workplace.
Otherwise it would make no sense to have it in the court order.
