Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina

I was on child support with the mother of my daughter's now she is putting me back on in spite of me because she feel I lied about being sleep at the time she wanted me to get my daughter while knowing I worked 3rd shift the night before, what can I do?

Nothing - from a legal stand point. If she is entitled to it - ya gots to pay your child support or bad things can happen.
