child support

If the oreder was made in the state of NC and the mother and the child moved to Ga 6 years ago, and never moved the case does that make her in contempt of the order for not having it moved?

There is no way to "move" the order. If, for some reason, you need to have it relate to a GA court, you can have it domesticated. Consult with a local attorney.

A divorce order does not follow you around, you don't move it when you move. The order of the court remains in place. If you need to domesticate the order to enforce it, you can do that. Consult an attorney for more info.
