Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina

It is suppose to go to the support and care of the child but since the payor has zero input or control over what the child support payments are used for, it could be used for beer or weed or pretty much any other unsavory thing you could imagine and there often isn't squat all the payor can do about it. But who said life was fair!
