The fact that he made it unbearable will have to be spelled out in great detail in order to show that he effectively turned you out. The fact that he now has someone else living in your house shows that he may have had some sort of relationship started before you left. Consult a lawyer and do it now before you allow more time to pass. He will have to do better for you. Be strong. Do no pick up a boyfriend until you have a written agreement. Do not let any men friends come spend the night, etc.
