Co-habitation
Can my wife,[we are still legally married, not even legally separated] co-habitate with a man in N. C. with my minor child in the same house?

Re: Co-habitation
My first answer is it depends on whether you get a young judge or an old judge.
My second answer is that if you can find a definitive answer to that question, I wish you would send it to me!

Re: Co-habitation
Why, of course she can---and does! However, if
in fact your allegation is true, by so doing she
has provided you with fault grounds to initiate immediate divorce proceedings against her in
Virginia and, perhaps, also, unwittingly given
you a basis on which to ground your claim for
custody of the child.
