Co-habitation

Can my wife,[we are still legally married, not even legally separated] co-habitate with a man in N. C. with my minor child in the same house?

My first answer is it depends on whether you get a young judge or an old judge.

Why, of course she can---and does! However, if

in fact your allegation is true, by so doing she

has provided you with fault grounds to initiate immediate divorce proceedings against her in

Virginia and, perhaps, also, unwittingly given

you a basis on which to ground your claim for

custody of the child.
