Can court ordered child support be stopped without the use of lawyers.in the state of Georgia thats wher the order was done both parents live in north carolina now and the children have graduated and have reached the age of 18 and the spouse gives there consent

If both parties agree...you don't have to pay child support.....BUT if the receiving spouse changes his/her mind, you could be in violation of a court order. The safest method to do this si get an order revoking child support.
