Cust. parent homeschooling child

Custodial parent has changed minor child's school situation for the third time in three years of schooling. Now is homeschooling child and denying father any information about schooling, along with the fact that she has numerous distractions at home and a 10th grade/GED education. What can father do?

Depends on wht is in the custody order. Joint custody with physical custody in your X? You do have a right to education records. You can always move the court to review the school situation. i.e. the fact that the teacher has a 10th grade GED-other distractions. I may have a cheaper solution to outright retaining an attorney at this point in time.
