Can't see my daughter

I Haven't seen my Daughter in 3 months. I had taken out a 50b on mother for an assult on me. how can a good father get 2 see and keep his child without been taunted and denied by mother. how can i get a temp.cust.order in place ?

In all likelihood, you will need to get a court order. Basically, a hearing before a judge.
