Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina

i was diagnosed with major depressive disorder 7 and hospitalized for it for a week. this was 7 years before my marriage, but i am still under treatment with medications. any chance than any of this would fall under the "of sound mind" qualification for an annulment? my soon to be ex and i would both rather have an annulment than an divorce.
