Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina
In my divorce agreement it states my husband has 2 years to remove my name from the deed on the house. Those 2 years are almost up and he has not done it. What does that mean if he doesn't do it within the 2 years?

If your Agreement was properly drafted, it will state in a clear and easy to understand terms exactly 'what it means if he doesn't do it within the 2 years'.
