Divorce

I have been separated from my husband for over 10 years. He's semi-homeless, and untreated mental patient. How would I file for divorce? Thanks!

Since you have been separated for over 1 years, you just need to file for absolute divorce. If there is no dispute over property, or money, it is simple and straightforward, you can consult with an attorney, or check with your local courthouse to see if they have the self-help packages.
