Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina
my ex and i have been divorced 2 years. Seperated 3. He received house in settlement with stipulation he get in his name in one year. he hasn't done this and also hasn't made a house pmt in 2 years. through his lawyer and judge he has had numerous stays.. what are my options? Can i send a realtor to put on market?

If your 'stipulation' was ever made part of a Court Order then likely the best way to make him comply and / or to get some other type of relief, would be to file a Motion to Show Cause.
