domestic fight
first time that a family squabble got out of hand and husband hit wife. accidently signed waiver for court appointed attorney. what should I expect at court date. my wife and I are seeing a marriage counselor ongoing.

Better ask the court if you can withdraw the waiver of counsel and seek more time to secure the services of the lawyer to represent you that you should've hired in the first place.
