Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina

No one dislikes DSS more than me but they don't 'steal' children. Based on the question you posted, it is pretty clear you have an English language issue which leads me to believe you may be new to the USA. If so, you need to know that conduct that may have been considered acceptable where you originally came from may not be acceptable here in hillbilly North Carolina and if DSS workers see you making accusations that they steal children, that the Court lies and that they physically abuse children - well, then your likely to think you are crazy and you'll have a bad day. Your best bet is to hire an attorney - if you can not afford one, you need to set your anger aside and start cooperating with DSS, do what they want you do, stop making wild accusations and demonstrate an ability to take car of your son that is acceptable to DSS. If you only get one thing out of my answer, I want it to be this - you will not win in a straight up fight alone against DSS. If you wanna fight them, you need a lawyer otherwise your need to cooperate or you may not see your son til he turns 18.
