What can you do to enforce limitations as described in separation or divorce papers?

What limitations are you talking about?

Do you have an attorney? If so, talk to your attorney. If the other person is violating the agreement, you will usually have to go back to family court to have them held in contempt. Was the agreement merged and incorporated in a divorce decree?

If not, then you will have to go back to regular district court to enforce the agreement.
