Who's last name?

I am an expecting Mother and am not married to the Father. Who's last name should I give the child, mine or the father's?

Re: Who's last name?

Technically you can give the child any name you want. It is irrelevant what the child's name is for paternity and child support. I wouldn't give the child the last name of another man though, it might muddy up the waters a bit :)
