Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina

Exwife embezzeled money from her employer. I signed a separation agreement unaware of what she had done. I signed over 3 rental properties to her. I'm still on the loans. Is that considered fraud and can I get the SA thrown out. From North Carolina

Not sure what the embezzelment has to do with the SA. The SA is a contract between you and your exwife. You can rescind the agreement, if she committed fraud in the creation of the agreement.
