As a grandparent do I have right's to see my grandchildren??

You did not indicate if the contact is being limited as a result of a divorce or other legal process. Providing an answer is difficult. If it is a result of a divorce, there is a section of New Hampshire law which provides for a Grandparent to petition the court for contact. 461-A:13 Grandparents' Visitation Rights.
Most of these family situations are rather complicated. Consulting with an attorney who can gather all of the facts and review the pertinent law is often a good course of action.
