can the father use child soiley secared card
can he use it .if so how ,why,he can,she live withme and has all her live not him ,there is no papers ,so what can i do ????

I am not sure I understand your question but if the father is using your child's Social Security number as his own to work, you need to report that to the Social Security Administration.
If he is using it on his income tax returns, you should contact the IRS.
