Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina

Can I file a criminal conversation or alienation of affection lawsuit in NC by myself. I can't afford to do it, but it's the only way I can see to recoup the lost income that went away when my wife left for another man?

You can but the chances of winning one without an experianced attorney who handles these types of cases is very low. You shoudl at least consult an attorney and seeif they will take the case on a contingency fee basis (only get paid if you win).
