I am not sure what a fraternal grandmother is or a 'purge' - I am guessing basically your grandson didn't pay his child support and has been placed in jail with a bond amount equivalent to what he owes. If you want to pay his child support for him, why don't you just pay it before he goes to jail and problem solved? However, it would be my recommendation that you leave him in jail and allow him the opportunity to man up to his responsibilities. As you have seen from past experience, if you bail him out, he will likely just wind up in the same situation again.
