gaurdianship
i gave my parents gaurdianship of my son a while back because at the time i was not able to care for him. i now want him back but have no money for legal fees. i need to know what form and where i can find it to take to the clerk and court

This is a complex issue and it is not as simple as "filing a form"
Go to the NC Bar Association, https://www.ncbar.org/public/lrs/search.aspx and use their referral service so you can sit down with an attorney and talk through the facts and get a plan of action. This only costs $30 and is well worth it!
