Giving up yoour rights
I want to sign my rights over to the mother. Will I have to pay child support on that child still?(I don't see the child nor talk to it.She want let me see.)

It's not likely that a court will allow you to "sign away your rights". Unless the mother has another father ready to take over, most courts will not allow the rights to be unilaterally terminated. Good Luck if you want to try anyway.
