Grandparent's rights

My boyfriend passed away in April 2000, he had a 5 year old daughter with his ex-wife. My boyfriend's mother has only been allowed one visit with the child in the past 7 months. Is there anything she can do to be able to spend time with her grandaughter?

Grandparents can bring a civil action for visitation.

Good luck. The action can be very bitter if

old wife does not want to have anything to

do with Gparents.
