Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina

Someone is harassing us by calling DSS with false accusations. Can I get a copy of the DSS report to see who this person is? And can I file harassment charges or slander of character against them? If not what course of action can I take?

If DSS takes action, by taking the kids or otherwise, then you have the right to know who your accusers are generally. If they don't take action, DSS is not required to tell you who made the accusations and are tasked with being responsible with that source of allegation is they turn out to be patently false.
