What do I need to do to get my house in my name so I can refi when we can not find her. in North Carolina

I assume you are saying that the home is in both yours and "her" names. In the case, you need to locate her so that she can sign over her rights to the home or otherwise cooperate with the refinance. There is no legal way to force her name off of the deed without her death, and in that case other questions would arise before a proper answer can be given.
