If your husband was having an affair, you can possibly sue the woman he had the affair with for alienation of affections and criminal conversation.

You can sue your husband for spousal support, equitable distribution (property division), divorce from bed and board and divorce (after one year separation). If you have children, there are other family law issues.

If he sold the house without your signature and no separate agreement re: freetrader status then he has a problem.
