NC is a no-fault divorce state. That means you do not have to have a reason to get a divorce. There are no grounds for divorce. All that you need to show is that you have lived separate and apart from your husband for one year and that you have been a resident of the county for at least 6 months. So if you want a divorce, leave to start the separation period running. Before you do, you may want to talk with a family attorney to find out your other rights concerning alimony, spousal support, division of marital property or child custody and child support.
If neither one of you will leave thre marital home, then ask the lawyer about obtaining a legal separation through the courts. Looking at porn may not be a ground in itself, but one of the other grounds may exist for that.
