Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina
My husband has an ex girlfriend who will not leave him alone. He has told he to stop. Last night she text him again from someone else's phone. She lives in Georgia and we live in NC. Other than filing harrassment charges are there anything else we can do? She is a business owner, can I sue her for interferring in my marriage?

The best way to handle this is most likely going to be to just ignore her. She is most likely doing this to get a rise out of you. Suing her and pressing charges against her will likely be more of a hassle for you than her and she will be getting what she wants - the satisfaction of knowing she is pissing you off. If you just ignore her totally - she will most likely go away eventually because she won't be getting the desired response from you. Best of luk to you!.
