Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina

My husband works alone in his office away from home. He has become secretive and I suspect phone sex. What are NC laws on surveillance??

If you mean wiretapping, NC is a one-party state. What this means is that one party to the conversation can record it. If you are not a party to the conversation, then you cannot listen in on your husband's phone calls and record them.

You can hire a private investigator to follow him and see what he does. If its phone sex though, it will be difficult to prove.
