i have live with my fiance for 6 months paid half of all the bills including his mortgage payment and half of the heat pump replacement cost in Clayton NC can he kick me out with 24 hour notice

Probably not. He can't use force to kick you out...and if he calls the police, he will not likely get help. He needs to evict you through the Court process.
