Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina
i live in nc and my spouse and child live in co. can i file for divorce in nc or do i need to file in co because of my child???

If you meet the requirement for a divorce, it would most likely be much less expensive for you to file in North Carolina especially if your divorce is uncontested meaning you and your wife both want the divorce.
