Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina

I live in NC. My wife had a consultation with a divorce lawyer a couple days ago. The lawyer pulled my cell phone records without my consent or being asked to by my wife. Can they legally do this without a court order?

How are you certain that your cell phone records were pulled? They typically can't be pulled without a court order, especially without your consent. If you have a joint account with your wife, it is more likely she supplied the records and is not being honest about how the attorney got them.
